MELBOURNE CUSTOM EMBROIDERY

Hi, my name is Jenny, welcome to Kids Designs of the Yarra Valley where all of your embroidery projects, whatever you could imagine, can come true!! If you have a special project but just don’t know how it will come together, I am very happy to do some planning with you to ensure we get the perfect outcome that you have been envisioning! 

Ever since I was a little girl my passion has been creating beautiful, tailored garments for myself and family. My three daughters all grew up with custom clothing made by myself, from matching outfits for them and their dolls to dresses that would normally be unattainable, but they knew whatever they asked their mom to create for them that’s exactly what they would get. 

I then spent some years dabbling in other craft projects such as stunning cross stiches that are now family heirlooms, cushion covers, spectacular quilts of all designs and scrapbooking (which is still a very big love of mine). I opened a machine quilting business in the Yarra Valley which I ran for 12years and eventually closed as I wanted to move onto to other projects such as machine embroidery. I started with a single needle embroidery machine and loved what I was able to create, I eventually decided to purchase a multi needle embroidery machine and that was the birth of Kids designs of the Yarra Valley. 

I love nothing more than seeing my beautiful grandchildren in colourful clothes with their favourite superhero or animal on their shirts or jumpers, it fills my heart with joy and I want to pass this joy onto the community by creating personalised outfits tailored to your loved ones.
